2 lbs sauerkraut
4 whole chicken breasts
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 1/4 cup Thousand Island salad dressing
1 Tablespoon parsley (chopped)
Place chicken in butter baking pan. Place sauerkraut over chicken. Top each chicken breast with Swiss cheese. Pour dressing evenly over cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degs. For about 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle with chopped parsley to serve.
