Banana-Date Bread

2 cups wheat flour
1/2 cup oats
teaspoon baking soda
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup honey
7 bananas
cup dates
cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mash bananas with potato masher and mix with all other ingredients except nuts. Beat to combine. Leave for one hour to rise. Then fold in the cup of chopped pecans.

Shape into loaves and place in loaf pans. Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes.
