Breakfast Pizza

Tablespoon olive oil
Hash browns to cover bottom of skillet
5 eggs
1 lb breakfast links sausage
1/2 lb bacon
Salt and pepper

Saute hash browns in olive oil until browned on both sides. Meanwhile, separately cook sausage and bacon. Add the eggs, well beaten, and cooked meat. Cook until egg forms a set omelet, turn onto plate and cut into slices. Serve with fresh tomato slices.
