Chenna Masala

Mince 2 medium onions
7 cloves garlic
Saute in oil
Add combination of tsp turmeric, 2 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp cayenne, tsp coriander.
Can of diced tomatoes, including juice
2 cans garbanzos
1/2 cup water
Add combination of 2 tsp cumin, 2 tsp paprika, 1 Tablespoon amchor, 1 tsp garam masala
Add juice of one lime at last minute
(If no amchor, add juice of another lime.)
