Clubhouse Quiche

9-inch unbaked pie shell
6 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1 cup chopped, cooked chicken or turkey
6 oz shredded Swiss cheese (1 cups)
3 eggs, beaten
1 cups milk
1 Tablespoon flour
teaspoon salt
1 large tomato

Prepare pie shell, or thaw if using frozen shell. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Prick bottom and sides of shell with fork. Bake 7 minutes, or until just lightly browned. Remove crust from oven, reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees. Place bacon, chicken and cheese in pie shell. Combine eggs, milk, flour and salt and pour over cheese. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Bake 35-40 minutes or until set in center. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Garnish with tomato wedges.
