Hot Feta Artichoke Dip

1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
14 oz crumbled feta
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
1 jar (2 oz) sliced pimentos, drained
1 clove garlic, minced

Mix all ingredients. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or 3-cup shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degs. for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Garnish with chopped tomato and sliced green onion if desired. Serve with assorted crackers or pita triangles. Makes 2 cups.
