Chop onion and saute in olive oil over medium heat. Peel and chop potatoes and add to onion with stock. Turn heat to high and add tomatoes and chopped kielbasa and sauerkraut. Bring to boil. Add spices and simmer on medium until potatoes are done and stew reduces somewhat.
