Scotch eggs
6 medium eggs
Pack (350 grams) sausage meat or sausages

Preheat oven to 400 degs.F. Place 4 of the eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes. If sausages, remove skins and place sausage meat in a bowl. Drain the eggs and refresh in cold water. Peel and pat dry with kitchen towel. Beat 2 eggs together in a bowl. Empty breadcrumbs in another bowl. Mold sausage meat around each cooked egg until all the meat has been used. Dip each egg in the beaten egg and then roll in the breadcrumbs until well coated. Place on a baking sheet and put in the oven for 25 minutes until golden, turning twice during the cooking time.
